Celebrating Our Teacher Apprentice Program Graduates

At Martin Luther School (MLS), we know that when we invest in our staff, we invest in our students. That’s why we’re so proud to celebrate the latest graduates of our Teacher Apprentice Program (TAP)—a program that helps our teaching assistants earn their degrees, get certified, and step into lead teaching roles.

This past December, five staff members officially became college graduates through Arcadia University, and we couldn’t be prouder. They’ve been working in classrooms, supporting students, and growing as educators—now, they’re ready to take the next step. Seeing them move from support roles into teaching positions is exactly what TAP is all about: creating opportunity, removing barriers, and making sure our kids have strong, prepared educators in their classrooms.

Why TAP Matters

For so many, the dream of becoming a teacher feels just out of reach—college is expensive, life is busy, and finding the time and resources can feel impossible. TAP changes that by offering:

✅ A clear pathway to certification– Hands-on experience, mentorship, and coursework all aligned with their work at MLS.
✅ Financial support – Thanks to our donors, staff can keep working and learning without taking on overwhelming debt.
✅ A strong teacher pipeline – We’re not just hiring teachers—we’re growing them from within, building a team that’s deeply connected to our students and school.

It’s a game-changer, and it’s working.

A Community Effort

None of this happens alone. TAP exists because of our staff’s dedication, our donors’ generosity, and the belief that when we invest in people, great things happen.

To our graduatescongratulations! Your hard work, passion, and perseverance are incredible. To our supporters—thank you for making this possible.

We’re building futures—one teacher at a time!

Respectfully,
