From interviews to orientation, we put careful consideration into our hiring process. It’s important for us to get to know you and your background, while introducing you to your role accompanying youth and families through life’s challenges.
We welcome applications from interested candidates who meet minimum qualifications of posted positions. Applications are submitted online through link on this page.
These may include a series of virtual interviews or a combination of virtual and in-person. A candidate may be interviewed a few times depending upon the position.
All employees go through a referencing process. Each candidate must have three references, two of whom are previous managers/supervisors.
Offers are extended by our HR department. Upon acceptance of the offer, the vetting process will begin.
We complete background checks and health screenings to ensure that candidates meet all regulatory requirements.
Gemma is excited to onboard employees to agency orientation on a bi-weekly basis as well as department-specific orientation that follows.
