SUPPORT US / VOLUNTEER

how to volunteer

Are you interested in supporting our mission and helping advance our work to transform hope into action for children, teens, and families experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges? Volunteers can directly assist those we serve, help at a special event, or support our work in other ways.

We are always looking for enthusiastic, compassionate, and committed individuals and groups to volunteer their time and talents. Volunteers provide valuable support at all three of our locations (Plymouth Meeting, Mt. Airy, and Southwest Philadelphia-the Preheim Center). Examples of volunteer opportunities include:

  • Group work days
  • Assisting with holiday festivities
  • Tutors and classroom helpers (weekdays)
  • Assisting with recreational activities
  • Assisting with special events
  • Fundraising support
  • Clerical assistants (weekdays)
  • Landscaping assistants (weekdays)
  • Recreational and Life Skills Activities assistants
