Chefs for Gemma 2025 held on April 4th was a great success! Chefs for Gemma, held at Green Valley Country Club in Lafayette Hill, is the signature event benefitting Gemma Services’ vital programs that accompany more than 3,000 youth and families each year through challenging times.
More than 350 people attended this year’s Chefs event, which highlighted the culinary creations of acclaimed Chef Eli Collins of award-winning a.kitchen+bar in Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. The evening featured a delicious five-course meal with wine pairings designed and presented by Chef Collins, silent and live auctions with exciting items, and an inspiring program about the youth and families Gemma is honored to accompany. Pairings were thanks to Love, Tito’s, Bowler Wine, MFW Wine Co., and VS Imports. The coffee bar was possible thanks to Rival Bros. Coffee and Eclat Chocolate was on hand with chocolate samplings to round out a delicious meal!
Remarks included those by Gemma President & CEO, Kristen Gay who shared updates about Gemma’s initiatives and highlights of the impact that Gemma is able to have thanks to the support of our generous community of donors. “Your presence here means the world to us because, truly, we couldn’t do this work without you. By being here tonight, you are joining us in our powerful mission — showing thousands of children, youth, and families that they matter, that they are not alone, and that their dreams are within reach.”
Attendees also viewed an inspiring video showcasing the incredible work that their support makes possible. You can view the video here.
The evening was a success in raising more than $225,000 to support all the ways that Gemma is here for youth and families who are going through difficult times.
Thank you to all who supported this year’s event by attending, sponsoring, supporting the evening’s auctions, and making donations!
