Chefs for Gemma is the signature annual event to raise crucial support for Gemma Services and our programs that accompany youth, families, and individuals through life’s challenges. Chefs 2024 will be held on Friday, April 5, 2024, at Green Valley Country Club in Lafayette Hill. The evening will feature the culinary creations of two-time James Beard Award nominee, Chef Randy Rucker of River Twice Restaurant in Philadelphia.

Chef Rucker and the restaurant have accumulated many accolades since opening in 2020. River Twice was named one of the 25 Best Restaurants in Philadelphia by the New York Times in 2023, One of 2021’s Best Restaurant’s in Philly by the Philadelphia Inquirer food critic, Craig LaBan, and Philadelphia Magazine dubbed Chef Rucker Best Chef in 2021 and River Twice Best New American Restaurant in 2020. Chefs 2024 will be a delicious, fun, and inspiring evening. The event will include a cocktail reception, a four-course meal with wine pairings designed and introduced by Chef Rucker, an inspiring program about the youth and families who participate in Gemma’s programs, and silent and live auctions with fantastic items.
