Join our Outpatient Program team on Friday, March 31, 2023 from 2-4 PM for a mental health screening event at the Health Annex (6120-B Woodland Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19142.) In addition to Gemma staff members, other providers and vendors will be on hand to share a variety of mental health resources. Light refreshments will be served, and the event will culminate in a 30-minute class taught by The Family Practice & Counseling Network.
